Wilderness Trail small batch Bourbon has a recipe of 64% corn, 24% rye and 12% malted barley. Our rye is an heirloom rye grown on a nearby Kentucky farm. We make our small batch using our sweet mash process. How big is a small batch? In this case, it's 12 to 15 barrels.
