We invite you to our store on Friday 27th March at The Square in Ironbridge for a spirit tasting night. Enjoy a fizz cocktail on arrival followed by 4 serves of a spirit of your choice and complimentary nibbles.
On the evening, we will showcase a selection of spirits: simply choose from whisky, gin or rum and we will serve you a tasting flight of your chosen tipple - however, these will be FULL sized serves, not samples!
The evening is £25 per person, and places are limited to 10 per evening*
WINE PREVIEW NIGHT @ MOONSHINE AND FUGGLES
Friday 24th April - 6-8.30pm - Few Places Available
We invite you to our store on Friday 24th April at The Square in Ironbridge for a wine tasting PREVIEW night. Enjoy a glass of sparkling wine on arrival followed by 5 taster serves of NEW wines and complimentary charcuterie style tapas food and nibbles.
On the evening, we will showcase a selection of new wines and there will be the opportunity to provide us with your thoughts and feedback - and the chance to win a bottle of your choice!
The evening is £25 per person and places are limited to 20 per evening.
MEET THE MAKER EVENINGS 2026
Distinct Distillers - Friday 13th March 7-9pm - Places Available
We invite you to join us with our friends Distinct Distillers on Friday 13th March at their distillery in Much Wenlock for an evening of Rum tasting and a distillery tour. Tucked away beneath the Shropshire countryside lies one of the UK’s most unique underground rum distilleries. This evening will allow you full behind the scenes access to this historical and truly amazing location, along with the chance to try exceptional rums from around the world.
Built in 1938 as part of the UK Ministry of Defence’s Government Pipeline and Storage System (GPSS), the site originally housed underground fuel tanks, air raid shelters, and an alcohol production plant for fuel. Now repurposed as a sustainable rum distillery and bonded storage maturation cellar; we can't wait to show you round!
From 7pm to approx. 9pm - join us for a tour of the distillery, light food/nibbles and a tasting of four rums. The evening is £50 per person, and places are limited to 16 places for the evening*
The English Distillery - Friday 8th May 7-9pm - Places Available
An incredible opportunity to Meet the Maker; The English Distillery, Norfolk. Join us here at our shop in Ironbridge for an evening with the Makers of the World's Best Single Malt Whisky. All the whiskies are loved by customers and judges worldwide, achieving the ‘World’s Best Single Malt’ in the 2024 World Whiskies Awards, a three-star award in the 2025 Great Taste Awards and Gold at The 2025 IWSC Awards.
From 7pm to approx. 9pm - join us for tasting of these exceptional English whiskies, light food/nibbles and an informative talk on the incredible distillery journey this family-owned brand have been on. The evening is £25 per person, and places are limited to 10 places for the evening*
Filey Bay Distillery - Friday 22nd May 7-9pm - Places Available
An incredible opportunity to Meet the Maker; Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery (AKA Filey Bay). Join us for an evening with the Makers of the First Ever Yorkshire Single Malt Whisky.
Filey Bay is the first single malt whisky made in, and of, Yorkshire. Why 'of Yorkshire'? Because it's created from field to bottle, here on the coast. In June 2016, they ran the stills for the first time and filled their first casks. Filey Bay First Release was bottled in September 2019 and since then Filey Bay has grown and prospered.
From 7pm to approx. 9pm - join us at The White Hart, Ironbridge, for tasting of these exceptional English whiskies, light food/nibbles and an informative talk on the incredible distillery journey this brand has been on. The evening is £25 per person, and places are limited to 18 places for the evening*

*Due to the nature of the events, if you are unable to attend, the money is non-refundable. We will look to offer an alternative date or event where possible. A dietary requirement form will be sent to you prior to the event.

We are happy to quote & provide bespoke tasting events (gin, rum, whisky & wine or mixed) at our store in Ironbridge or at a venue of your choice. We also offer a bar service for that special celebration including birthday parties or weddings for indoor or outdoor use.
