West Midlands Distillery Bourbon Quarter Cask

Bourbon Quarter Cask 53.8% vol. Barley: Plumage Archer – Yeast Kveik Hornindal  Re-coopered from a first fill Bourbon ASB to 125L.

We then re-fired the cask to finish the Whisky in. This gives it more depth and a subtle smokey note. The nose offers caramel, vanilla, spice, oak, subtle smoke. The palate leads to caramel & spice build and then give way to deeper wood tones with subtle bbq smoke.
