Tomatin 15 Year Old 2008 Sherry Collection – Palo Cortado Edition is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky from Tomatin’s 2024 Sherry Collection, matured for 15 years with a three-year finish in Palo Cortado sherry casks. Bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered and with natural colour, it delivers rich notes of cinder toffee, dried orange, milk chocolate, toasted fruit loaf and Brazil nuts, followed by a complex finish with hints of black tea, ginger and a subtle tangy character.
