What do you do with Pedro Ximenez sherry after you've finished seasoning your whisky barrels? If you're The English, you let your distillers loose to create yet another award-winning liqueur. That's how The Norfolk PX was born, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the sweet, sumptuous result. Enjoy on its own over ice as a dessert/digestif, or try using just a splash instead of sugar in your old fashioned, for added depth of flavour.

A rich syrupy mouthfeel delivers another hit of dried fruits and liquorice sweets, along with creamy vanilla and lightly roasted coffee. The finish provides a sweet raisins and dates linger luxuriously on the palate....beautiful.
