Stauning Dirty Bastard Whisky 70cl

The name "Dirty Bastard" holds significance. The whisky's 'dirty' appearance during its beer cask maturation may initially seem off-putting, as the beer casks sediment clouds the whisky. But we gave it time to settle and reveal a beautifully clear and irresistibly flavourful spirit.

This fan favourite cask finished Rye Whisky spent time in Mezcal Casks as their “Bastard” release, then an extra third maturation, in ‘Mexican Chili Hot Chocolate Stout Casks’ from Danish Brewery “To Øl”. This is an extremely limited-edition release that we do not envision being around for long.
