Salopian X Buxton Mynd

Introducing a wild mash-up of Trolltunga and Lemon Dream with our friends at the magnificant Buxton Brewery.

A vibrant, fruited sour IPA with intense lemon zest and tangy gooseberries, balanced by a light pale malt and wheat base. Tart and refreshing, with a clean, dry finish, perfectly fruity and dangerously drinkable.

Please note: Mynd serves with a cloudy appearance as it is unfiltered and unfined.
