Salford Dark Spice Rum

Our Dark Spice Rum is crafted for those who appreciate a deeper, more robust profile. Just like the rums unloaded into Salford Docks during its heyday, this blend features specially selected Caribbean rums from Barbados. The rum is matured for up to 8 years in ex-Bourbon, American white oak casks, imparting a dry, balanced finish. Heavier spice notes of cloves and burnt caramel make for bold cocktail serves.
