Plantation Terravera Barbados 2007

This Barbados rum was bottled by Plantation, before the brand changed its name to Planteray. This combo of pot and column distilled, 2007 vintage molasses-based rum began its maturation with two years of tropical ageing in bourbon barrels. The rum then travelled to France, where it was transferred to Maison Ferrand Cognac barrels for a generous 14 more years of continental ageing.
