This is a THREE barrel aged rum. Inspired by the M&F Shropshire Christmas Cheer Rum.

The rum has been stored in a first fill Whistle Pig Rye Bourbon Barrel (USA) which is full of vanilla and spice. for 4 months. The result - a very fruity spiced smooth rum with a bourbon twist - filling your mouth full of warm spice and ending with a pepper note of rye from the bourbon influence, AMAZING!
