A Single Cask, Pedro Ximinez matured 10 year old GlenAllachie Limited Relaese. This is 1 of 351 bottles, this 2015 vintage Speyside single malt is part of their 2026 UK Master Blenders.

This whisky offers on the nose, black cherries, mocha and molasses soaked orchard fruits, with heather honey, butterscotch and glazed almonds. This leads to a taste of plum syrup, baking spices and black cherry jam, followed by warmed honey, raisin butter and brandied figs. Another amazing whisky from the great Master Distiller Billy Walker, we look forward to more fabulous whiskies within this series.
