The GlenAllachie 11 Year Old Palo Cortado Limited Release is a richly expressive single malt from The Wood Collection, matured in rare Palo Cortado sherry casks, an exceptional style combining the elegance of Amontillado with the depth of Oloroso.

This unique maturation imparts a beautifully layered profile, with the nose offering cinnamon spice, butterscotch and damson plum, alongside hints of heather honey, raisin butter and crystallised ginger.

The palate delivers toasted honeycomb, fresh brambles and warming baking spices, followed by notes of maraschino cherry, mocha, plum jam, treacle and chocolate. Bottled at 48% ABV, natural in colour and non-chill filtered, this 70cl release showcases the full character and complexity of this rare sherry cask influence.
