Bayliffe's House Honey
Produced in the village of Benthall, Shropshire, our honey comes from four hives tended by local beekeeper, Paul Morgan at the Bayliffe's House, a Tudor Grade II listed home.
Inspired by a Christmas gift from his wife Wendy four years ago, Paul now harvests twice a year, producing around 750 jars of rich, local honey.
We are delighted and honoured that Moonshine & Fuggles in nearby Ironbridge have chosen our honey to create their special Benthall Gin.
