Isle of Raasay Single Malt

The first batch of the Isle of Rassay Single Malt, it uses water from the natural 60m well on site Tobar na Ba Bàine (the Well of the Pale Cow), as well as being non-chill filtered and lightly peated. This subtle smokiness is balanced with rich dark fruits. A tremendous Hebridean dram!
