M&F English Single Malt Whisky

This is the first release of our English Single Malt Whisky and has been in the making for 4 years. 

This whisky has been created with what we like in whisky, it's light, floral & full of flavour. The nose provides notes of crème brûlée, vanilla & a touch of spice. When you take your first sip that fresh flavour of florals comes through followed by notes of vanilla, peach cobbler, shortbread, caramel biscuit & a hint of baking spice. 

This has all been acheived by great craftmanship by Jordan Lunn at the West Midlands Distillery along with using English Warminster Barley (Laureate & Plumage Archer) giving a great taste of floral barley & LOCAL spring waters from Shropshire. This is combined with a yeast from Scandinavian & a 1st fill Barrel from Heaven Hill which has housed amazing American bourbon in for many years.

For us, no compromise on quality ingredients, the best from Jordan at WMD & the desire to create something special to capture the Ironbridge Gorge, the home of our business.
