La Travesia Detilado de Agave

This Mexican spirit is made in small-batches from agave Espadin, which are cooked for more than 30 hours, imparting a smoky vegetal character to the spirit. You will find notes of charred green bell peppers, mixed herbs and sweet mango, with delightful earthy hints of clay.
