Renais Small Batch Gin

Utilizing Burgundy winemaking tradition, this gin is cultivated in France using upcycled grape skins. It is distilled in England with linden flowers and acacia honey as well as the more traditional botanicals, which creates a unique balance between the minerality of Chablis wine and the bright floral, spicy notes of the botanicals.
