Distilled in 2017, this spirit was matured in Ex-Bourbon casks. Flavour wise this is a distinctive house-style of whisky, which utilises traditional production methods taking inspiration from the rugged landscape of Skye. There’s a hefty dose of peat to create a dram packed full of dark smoke and maritime notes.
