The Bison Grass edition is distilled using the wonderful sweet grass, Hierochloe Odorata also know as Bison Grass. Grown from seed at the distillery, this fragrant grass combines beautifully with 12 other botanicals including Juniper, coriander, lemon thyme, apple mint, meadowsweet and fresh lime.
