Hand-selected by Master Distiller Billy Walker, this 32-year-old expression is part of the fifth batch of the UK-exclusive Single Cask series.

Each specially selected release demonstrates the exceptional casks to be found in GlenAllachie’s warehouses and Walker’s meticulous approach to wood management which sees him use his experience and expertise to steer the unique interaction of wood, spirit and subsequent flavour development.

The colour offers an ntensely Rich Mahogany. On the nose you will pick up intense notes of mocha and treacle, followed by heather honey, sultanas and eucalyptus. The taste profile offers waves of dark chocolate, dried fruit and figs, followed by nutmeg, pineapple and orange zest. With only 675 bottles worldwide.
