This golden bronze malt was first matured in American oak ex-Bourbon barrels before undergoing additional maturation in hogsheads made of French oak (Quercus Robur), sourced from the Haute-Garonne region close to the Pyrenees, for approximately 18 months. Its silky tannins, sweet spice and fruit notes from hogsheads result in a delectable, subtle and earthy Single Malt.
