Edradour 2009 Sherry matured 12 years Cask 385

Some of the richest, most sherried whisky Edradour have bottled. For someone who likes the richer, more Christmas cake style dram. Each bottling is from a single cask, and will continue to get older as this bottling continues. Casks change regular - this is specific cask number 385 with only 638 bottles.

Spicy, woody and minty on the nose. Hint of Arbroath smokies with rosewater and linseed oil. With more time in the glass, it becomes very herby. The palate offers a thicky and chewy, raisins, plums, toasted oak notes, bitters and Hubba Bubba chewing gum.
