Compagnie des Indes Barbados 10 Year Four Square Cask Strength

Foursquare Distillery is located in the south-east of the island and was built in 1996 by the Seale family, to produce very qualitative rums without any additives. Foursquare rums are really special, because it’s the result of pot still and column still rums aged in ex-bourbon barrels.

The nose gives a candied orange peel, citrus and undergrowth aromas leaving a rich taste of citrus, roasted almond and coffee flavours. The finish provides  a very long with concentrated flavours. Remarquable balance given its 57.35 %.!
