Caspyn Cornish Dry Gin

Born in West Penwith, inspiration for this gin is taken from the surrounding Atlantic Ocean. A classic dry gin, with loads of floral (hibiscus flowers) and citrus notes (lemon and orange peel, lemon grass, lemon verbena), with a freshness from Japanese tea and long sherbety finish. Crisp and refreshing served with tonic and charming in a Martini.
