Blending whisky matured in luscious Sauternes wine casks with traditional Ardbeg aged in ex-bourbon casks, this creation evokes smoked lemon zest and balsamic vinegar, paving the way for a surge of fresh apricots that seamlessly meld into tarry rope nuances. Originating as a mere fantastical notion, this spirit impeccably harmonizes sweetness and smoke, a rare feat for an Ardbeg expression. An homage to the elusive Islay creature, The Harpy’s Tale stands as the inaugural and delectable offering within the Ardbeg Anthology Collection.

The nose provides a extra virgin olive oil, sweet briar wood, aromatic herbs (coriander & sage) and a suggestion of smoked lemon peel.
