Aubert & Mathieu is the story of two friends, Anthony Aubert and Jean-Charles Mathieu, who met in High School in the South of France.

They soon realised they both wanted to make wines in their own way. In 2016, they launched Aubert & Matthieu with the first wines being released in March 2019 and supported by Parisian trendy restaurant scene. A+M identity is based on producing niche wines from the best terroirs of Languedoc-Roussillon while highlighting the nuances and singularities of each appellation.

The DNA of their wines show the perfect mastery of freshness, balance and the search for complexity. Inspiration, carefree and a little fantasy led them on their way!

Organic Certified, Amy is an explosion of red fruit and sweet spices. This juice has a good length. This wine ideal for a fun outing with friends. Traditionally vinified and then aged in concrete vats for 6 months. From a food pairing point of view, pair with fire pit ribs or 'tartufata' (truffled) Pizza.
