Beautifully fresh with complex aromas of spring flowers, fresh mint, capsicum and pea pod. A rounded texture and vibrant acidity. Touraine-Oisly was created to showcase Sauvignon Blanc from the finest sites of the Touraine region and promote genuine excellence. From an outstanding producer like Lionel Gosseaume, the results are spectacular – the wine has superb intensity and concentration, and less sharpness than Sancerre or Pouilly-Fumé.

Serves well with shellfish/grilled fish, fresh salads, asparagus, goats cheese & smoked duck OR simply on its own, delightful.
