Think fresh, think light. Moristel is definitely on the raspberry side of the fruit spectrum with the classic Somontano cherry flavour front and centre too. While we did age the wine in barrel for a few months, we’ve kept the wine free from an overly oaky profile, preferring to focus in on the fresh fruit and let the natural zip of the grape come through.
